• High-performance UV light trains for diameters from DN 150 up to DN 2000, scalable to 16 x 2250 Watt.

• SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC control with touch panel and fully automated processes: automatic lamp ignition, pressure calibration, continuous data recording.

• CureTech software for documentation, fault memory, and remote online support (incl. remote maintenance via SIM card).

• Full recording of all curing-relevant parameters: pressure, curing speed, laminate temperature (exotherm), cable length, power status.

• Industry 4.0 ready – all data and processes can be stored digitally and transferred via internet connection.

Maximum Control & Safety

• Automatic monitoring of cable drum standstill, overload, pressure drop, or overheating.

• Visual and acoustic warnings with immediate emergency shutdown if necessary.

Integrated High-Pressure Flushing System

• Hydraulic-driven with fixed 120 m reel.
