Folding system/folding trailer

Our folding trailer for pipe liner. Combines folding process and lifting the liner at the same time, so it can be inserted safely.

Position the trailer directly on the chute. Then secure the trailer by means of the support feet. Remove the remote control from the weatherproof and UV-protected multi-purpose box. Connect the remote control to the control cabinet using the plug-and-play connector. Gently pull out the folding unit, which is moved on wheels. Easily release the lock, adjust the height of the folding unit in no time, by turning the crank arms. And then lock the catch again. Then connect the control cabinet with a standard 16 A CEE power cable. Now you can use the lifting function. You can now raise the conveyor belt using hydraulics. Now set the folding rollers to the desired angles and positions.
