The IBG 20-Foot UV System Container is a fully equipped, high-performance solution for the professional curing of UV-GRP liners. Covering an exceptionally wide working range from DN 150 to DN 1600, the compact system combines all essential components for reliable construction-site operation within a robust and transportable sea container.
Developed in collaboration with experienced national and international application engineers, the UV System Container is designed specifically to meet the challenges of modern trenchless rehabilitation projects. Intelligent process control, powerful UV light sources and comprehensive site equipment enable efficient, controlled and fully documented curing processes.

High-Performance UV Curing up to DN 1600
The system container is equipped with different UV light sources, making it suitable for both smaller pipe diameters and large-diameter rehabilitation projects:
- Working range from DN 150 to DN 1600
- Two UV light chains with 8 Ă— 650-watt lamps each
- Two powerful DoubleCore units with 8 Ă— 1,500-watt lamps each
- UV cable drum for rehabilitation lengths of up to 350 metres
- Powerful 16 kW power pack

The flexible equipment configuration provides the appropriate UV output for different liner dimensions and construction-site requirements.
Intelligent Process Control with IBG DoCure
The integrated PLC control system, combined with the IBG DoCure software, enables intuitive operation and precise monitoring of the entire curing process.
A camera at the cable connector provides real-time monitoring of important process parameters, including:
- Temperature
- Internal pressure
- Light-chain speed
- Operating status of the UV lamps
The operator workstation, complete with computer and printer, allows curing data to be evaluated and documented directly on site. This supports process reliability, traceability and consistently high installation quality.

In addition to its technical equipment, the container includes a carefully designed operator and break area. An integrated kitchenette with microwave and seating provides comfortable working conditions, even during longer rehabilitation projects.
Mobile, Compact and Flexible
The complete UV curing equipment is installed within a standardised 20-foot sea container. With a total weight of approximately 8.5 tonnes, the system can be transported efficiently and deployed at changing project locations.
The UV equipment is available as a mobile system or for permanent integration into a vehicle.
