Robust vehicle build-out for demanding site conditions

The IBG HydroVan is based on a high-quality 7.0-ton panel van and is designed for professional daily use. The robust aluminum interior lining protects the loading area against moisture and mechanical stress.

The extremely resistant PU-coated floor is raised by 10 cm along the side walls, providing excellent wet-area protection. A professional shelving system, integrated partition wall, and mounted vice ensure organization, safety, and flexibility directly on site.

LED lighting inside the vehicle and for the external working area enables safe operation even in poor lighting conditions.

Powerful high-pressure technology

At the heart of the IBG HydroVan is its powerful high-pressure system with hydraulic PTO drive. The pump is operated via a high-performance power take-off with up to 45 kW, delivering reliable jetting performance for demanding cleaning tasks.

The standard high-pressure pump offers:

153 l/min at a maximum of 130 bar

An alternative version is available with:

170 l/min at 110 bar

A pressure control unit, by-pass line, and convenient radio remote control ensure precise handling and high operator comfort.

Large water tank with automatic filling

The integrated PE water tank has a capacity of approx. 2,650 liters. The stable welded construction is designed for professional use and is equipped with a level indicator, automatic non-electric filling system, 2" overflow, and min/max sensor monitoring.

This keeps the HydroVan reliable and efficient, even during longer operations.

Three hose reels for maximum flexibility

The IBG HydroVan is equipped with three perfectly matched hose reels:
